Log in to your Sadlers account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Package the Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unused condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
